Even without level 2, I can see that there is a sell order for 65,700 shares at 0.59. Who will do this other than Seaside?

It is this type of behavior that keeps the stock price down. Let the poor stock run some before they should start their selling. Instead they keep the stock price down all the time. Looks like I will get my 60K fill today. 14.7K filled so far.
