I find it most interesting that,according to the amendment to the articles of incorporation,SNRY had NO intent to add even 1 share to the o/s in the last 2 months or so. Even though they had 47mil. More that could have been added.

To me , that alone says ALOT. Betcha the I's have been dotted and the T's crossed on this merger for a while now!
