Ouch - REXX down in pre-market - increasing share structure by 15%. DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Rex Energy Corp. (REXX) and Golub Capital BDC Inc. (GBDC) unveiled plans to offer common stock, sending shares down after hours. Independent oil and gas company Rex Energy said it will offer 7 million shares as it looks to raise funds to repay borrowings under its senior credit facility. Shares slipped 7.6% to $9.80 after-hours. The company had 44.4 million shares outstanding as of Nov. 2. Golub Capital, which provides debt financing and makes equity investments in middle-market companies in the U.S., said it will offer 3.5 million shares. It plans to use the proceeds to invest in portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes. Shares were down 2% to $15.31 after-hours. The company had 21.7 million shares outstanding as of Dec. 7. At least it is a quick mover and may bounce hard when it finds bottom in a day or so. Who knows, maybe just today? All The Best
