Its an interesting link. The PnD doesn't need to be wholly orchestrate by the company. There can be the honest attempt at the pump, but unscrupulous deceptions on the dump. The company seeks to have marketing efforts made for exposure of the company and for an increase in the PPS. Yet, by that very exposure and the methodologies of the marketing, people can take advantage of the perception of the PnD to short the stock and create an artificial dump. Shareholders read into the shorting as being dilution from the company and release their real share back into the market, thus transforming the artificial dump into a real one.
The only real way to determine the true PnD is by verifying the share structure of the company of interest.
If MSTG crashes, then it will prove to be a PnD intentionally or unintentionally by the company.
