Can you absolutely prove that they are out of business. Can you prove that they aren't working on setting up contracts, manufacturing, distribution agreements. They always file on time and have not done massive dilution. Therefore I for one am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I think everyone on this board knows what will happen to the pps if/when news comes out.
