If you listened to the radio program he said that in the last week when it has been high volume days that they have not diluted. Now, he could have chosen his words carefully and is telling the truth when he says that they did not dilute over the last week when it was high volume. However, they could have been diluting outside this last week. That is just me listening to the way he was wording things but who really knows.
