Could someone explain to me what would or could happen if CGFIA did (hypothetically speaking) sold, or had a buy out. What would happen to the shares, and how would you profit from that transaction?

A. Would you sell on the news of a buy out (say it went to .10).

B. Wait till the transaction is done and sell once the new company tales over?

C. Or does the stock convert automatically ? And your shares are placed back into your account at the new value?

I really don't know how that part all works once a buyer steps in..

Can someone explain it to me or direct me to a site that would cover this issue.

Thanks I appreciate all the insight y'all have.
