You think it had to with the fact that the stock was going up? That is definitely wrong. Many people looked deeply into these companies and still got screwed. You may be lucky to find 10% of these companies to be legit, but thats even hopeful. And as stated there is no reason for them to stay here. The only ones in my opinion to prove mostly legit will the ones that get off the US exchange as they will never get just treatment here.
