You are zeroing in on one point, I believe its because you think you have discovered a loophole.
The loophole you may focusing on may be that randy "assumed the responsibility of ceo on an interim basis" so that therefore he "technically" is not being paid as ceo. Why is it so necessary to find any such loophole?

I don't care if randy has been paid as ceo, as vice president as an officer, as a director, or as a janitor. Compensation takes on numerous forms, stock,salary,wages etc.

When I consider the mountain of data regarding the shady historical practices as well as the ongoing shady practices of this company and its officers, directors and more specifically its founder,randy's public posting he "secured an exclusive dpbe contract", the fact that darr media and its ownership had to be DISCOVERED rather than disclosed, etc etc tells me all I need to know to make my decision. You want pay stubs or w-2's Good for you. I don't care what you want. I say there absolutely IS sufficient evidence to reach a conclusion.

Secondly, I do blame Randy for not posting on here. I blame randy for the silly reason he stated was why he is a moderator on this thread in the first place. He said he was a moderator so he could monitor public sentiment about dpbe. No public company officer needs to be a MODERATOR to measure public sentiment about its company. So anyway I come here into an at the time openly pro dpbe forum to ask the hard questions of company officers. I get one cherry picked question half answered by randy and then the guy vanishes. I read jrf30's personal accounting of precisely how he was treated by randy and wilf blum. I have read this site for a long time, suffice it to say I have seen it all.

Even if he came on here and posted 100% absolute truth, what kind of harassment and manipulation and twist of words would come of it?

I had to re-read your statement 5 times, its really quite an eye opener wouldn't you agree?
Anyway, The exact same twisting of words I am being subjected to. The exact same word twisting everyone who comes here is potentially subjected to. If a person can't take the heat perhaps they should get out the kitchen. This has been no cake walk for myself in case you weren't aware. I just don't care what anyone tries to do to me and my findings, I am here to make people aware of what is REALLY going on here and to ask the questions no one seems to be able to get answers to. What some word twisters fail to realize is how OBVIOUS their attempts to spin,misrepresent and discredit backfires and actually accentuates their own transparent agendas.

Why is it no one will answer questions without the identity of the presenter being known?
What ever happened to just answering questions shareholders ask?
