Sorry, I wasn't clear.

Over the past few months there has been an uptrend in the PPS.

They have controlled any dillution to the $.20 - $.25 level until the past few months. If paid promotions are what has lifted the PPS up from that, that is great, because it hasn't been a pump and dump. Those occur over a period of a few days.

The chart action can only be explained for now as a company that is trying to attract new investors and to build trust.
