Thanks Rustler! As far as the investor world goes I'm a first grader compared to the work u have done.
Most of my experience is very recent..but I have enough smarts to grab a good play like this...I told a friend today this could be like green mountain 10 years ago in a smaller package..or just a nice money maker!
