Said sanctions applicable to new contracts on oil shipments, once implemented, are enforced via the Global Financing Systems in New York and London and with the US Dollar as the base of "trade". However,the above mentioned buyers are poised to dodge that process by creating a new mechanism of TRADE/PAY for oil acquired from Iran.
Henceforth, all payments for oil will be paid in GOLD and not in US. Dollars, thus rendering the sanctions "ineffective". A "GOLD for OIL" system is being strategized now, starting with Delhi's UCO Bank and Turkey's HALK BANKASI (Turkey never joined the "Sanction Spree"), to be followed by China and Russia, ALL WORKING IN CONCERT AGAINST USA & EU.
This in essence will also expedite the development of nuclear weapons in Iran. (the reason for the sanctions.)
As the dollar is abandoned it will decline against other currencies, and gold will soar.
