All you people who are using questions as an accusation need to just be man enough to bring these questions up at one or both of the meetings that are coming up.

Nobody on this board can answer the questions/assertions except those from the BOD who will be at the meeting.

Look at the good not just what you assume as the bad. It is my position and I don't know, that if someone has put money towards a project that they might be in a position to earn more than someone who didn't put anything into it. Just common sense. I don't know but we will all find out at the informational and AGM.
