the bigger picture here is this. lets be honest. The SEC moves like swamp water on high tide. (those of you who never lived on the gulf...that means backwards) The SEC will take somewhere in the ranges of 1 to 5 years to catch these crooks. Mean while if Mczeal and company work it right... They can do 5 to 10 different scams like this before they are even caught by the SEC... a simple move of money to a country where they can keep our Government from getting their hands on it...move to almost anywhere outside of the US and bam....they are rich. Pass the blame on to the next guy and find the fall guy. One guy does jail time and the rest are scot free!! I smelled this rat wayyyyyyy back.... Now we are seeing it happen
