I Really See Your Point ....

But opposite, if I see a good investment I would be putting the word out knowing it will enhance my future "pumps" if correct.

Seems like KADR is a no brainer as far as doubling your money. If I owned a penny pushing web site, after researching this I would be pushing it every day, knowing my correct assessments would bring more traffic, in turn more money.
