Just my 2 cents:

The biggest debt holder in SEEK is Scott himself!
Read the Q and Yearly rapports again... and you will see that the man hasn't been paid (paid himself) for years now, and he owns a huge bag of shares - read this as: bought himself (with his own cash/or bank loan) into his own company (on a much higher PPS then the current one) so he would be a fool to sell his own shares without any profit. He is working to make this company fly to the moon to recup his own investment, get his first paycheque and to make him a lasting income by turning SEEK into a money machine.
And we - the believers (investors) may join this ride with him or jump on or off along the way...
