Unfortunately, calling the company has become useless and I do not intend to loose my time anymore doing it.

The first time (Sept 2002) I got in touch with the company, I was impressed by the quality of the response in more than one way:

-I got a very general answer to my very general question and it sounded quite good and anything but pushy.

-The person called me to respond to an e-mail. I then found that approach very curious. (Thereafter I had to appologise, the person telling me that I was not very kind interpreting this honest effort to be nice, as suspicious))

Thereafter, I talked (e-mails) to the company 5 or 6 more times. I also communicated with people presumably knowing or having some relationships with Veltex (according to them...Yes they dropped a few names on the way . A few names are: info@tylersdisplay.com, stockprowler@stockprowler.com, gbryant@desertsurf.com, ...). All dead ends...

My last two messages to the company, asking specific questions raised herein were answered by "To busy now to respond" (Curiously these responses most likely took more time than it would have taken them to give me the very simple answer I was looking for). My contact must have been continuously busy since, considering that weeks later I stil did not get an answer.

Thru these exchanges, it was confirmed to me that the company reads the boards regularly, are very much aware of what is being discussed on them and even they even said that those disparaging them will be caught and punished. (They have time to read the boards).

My last communications are dated January 15th and was a followup to yours (I taught I had a rapport that would allow me to be more successful than you were).

My very specific question (asked for a source for independent verification of the trucking operation. Specifically a trade journal or organization like ATA, the American Trucking Association) was answered as follows:

"The big problem you are facing in finding out about Veltex from third parties is the fact that it is a small company and is just not in radar reach yet. MultiModal was not much more than a start-up with a few Quarters under its belt when we bought it, so it is unlikely that it is written up anywhere."..."So, what would you as a stockholder rather we spend our money on? Trucks? Or articles that you won't believe anyway?"

That was it...I certainly do not want them to lose anymore time with us. I however note that articles and presentations must realy get in the way of them spending money on trucks???

My attitude now is to wait and see and I do not plan to call them anymore (in any case, reading this "rapport" I am not sure I am still welcome...

Patiently,
