its plainly stated in previous p.r.s that there are ongoing negotiations with debt holders. these people hold shares and can convert them to cash by dumping shares on the open market. hence debt holders. until we get some audited financials and the results are posted we go no where. pink ceos have ruined credibility in these markets, by painting a rose colored picutures for all to believe. then one morning they are posted with their mug shots all over the news.ex. ckys ceo, and others, i believe in s. g. but the markets need proof...glta amho...
