Since the TA does not give out that info for any of their clients it really isn't gagged. But Sthg may have chosen them for that reason so effectively it is the same as gagged. So much for transparency.
Looks like STHG will be transparent about share structure only after the damage (dilution) is done. I am not happy with how CA is handling his commitment to transparency. He must be using a different definition of what transparent means.
