If by "increased so much" you mean "decreased so much," then I'm pretty sure it has something to do with going bankrupt. It traded at four bucks last February, and is now about a penny. Doesn't get much worse than that. It filed for bankruptcy, and one scenario is that outstanding shares will be cancelled.
