Good feedback bud, thanks. We are just discussing here, no bashing or pumping :) One thing we also need to remember is as investors of the company we are biased to the quality of service we receive... that is we are much more patient than the typical consumer would be I'm sure. The 'reality ' is that there is good room for improvement, but we are operating and hopefully making some progress...
