to the best of my understanding, the 8k ended the lease in crocket co. TX prior to closing deal in osage and woods co. OK. financed by issueing shrs valued at .05 IMO this is good for bag holders like me. this just might be good time to load as oil is projected to move above 1.20 nothing is certain, but im willin to take another risk and load at these levels. BLUG has moved to QB which is good. THE down side is be ready to hold long until business and production plans are in full swing. on the good side, revenue generation is already produced on these properties. ANY ONE KNOWS DIFFERENT, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME.
