In their defense, the old house you are looking at has a 'FOR SALE' sign out front. If you view the same lot from the satellite view, you will see that lot is now a business with a parking lot. Can't tell if the company sign says 'STEVIA Corp' or not but it shows up as:

EDU Real Estate Group. Inc

Indianapolis, IN 46227?
[phone]
on the satellite view.
And states their business is 'As an agent with EDU Real Estate specialized with working with real estate buyers and sellers in Indianapolis Real Estate Market. If your buying or selling EDU Real Estate Group can assist you.' (red flag)

I guess the street view photo isn't updated. Check the address on GoogleEarth.

BTW I have no stock in STEV. I just have been following it. After viewing this I wouldn't touch STEV.
