You never know. If there is a spread that can be traded for a few bucks, I think people will play it. I know of some other stocks that are scams and down, yet there are one or two trades a day. Someone is making a couple of bucks with them. This one, being at the very bottom, can only go up, and it's actually picked up slightly in the past week or so. I have frequently said, penny stocks are just trading vehicles. It really doesn't matter what they do as long as there is a spread or momentum to play.
