I hear ya. I think the determining factor over all will be the value of Illume. If they have a lot of assets and even better a positive cash flow we could be valued higher even with a higher a/s. I find it hard to believe that OPMG would add to the a/s and take on more debt. That would be dilution and not smart. Than there's always the people that will be in the merger. Intangable as far as value but could be priceless in the short term and long term. Hell I don't know about this stuff, Im just hoping they know what there doing and I've got to believe they do
