I think I did a while back, Basically they want to do a 3-1 Reverse spilt (Which is not bad at all, will take it from 45 Million down to 15) and they may have identified a few acquiaitions in the oil sector that could add value. I have been nibbling on some shares last week just to have more in case they pull this off. Thats about it, anything pertinent anyways.
