I think you inadvertently answered your own question regarding valuation. So many questions, so few clear cut answers. Even a long term holder like yourself has no idea where things stand. MNTA has always been an investment that was extremely complicated and punctuated with massive uncertainty, even when seemingly good news was announced. This has caused many to conclude it wasn't worth the investment.

This reasoning was never fully understood by many nor embraced by others(especially those on this board). These investors concluded they would continue to hold what they assumed was a massively undervalued asset until the market "got it". Unfortunately, they were the one who did not get it, and the latest court saga is yet another example of this.

My conclusion is that the market had it right all along in avoiding this name.
