From what some of these guys have said, It's already being done, lawsuits filed and sec complaints. I thought about jumping on that wagon but decided it's foolish for the moment. I just don't see the point of throwing in the towel while there's still a shot and something happening. If they do something stupid like not fixing the price here while Berlin opens up big, than I can see ripping them a new one. At this point a few more months, even 4 months until they are listed on the Berlin exchange is not going to hurt anyone more than we've already been hurt .. What a total disapointment this pig has turned out to be.
