This is a must read for everyone ! ! !
Jim is spending too much time responding to emails. He gets emails telling him to do a web conference, others telling him not to. He gets emails telling him that all he needs to do is put something on AFT website and others emailing him saying that it isn’t enough. He gets emails telling him that he must do PRs and others saying that they are harmful. Also; Jim doesn’t need emails advising him of other DME projects and discoveries; chances are he already knows about them and knows the people involved.

Jim is really frustrated. You want to piss him off; keep sending him emails “advising” him what to do.
I’ve offered to help him any way that I can, including a trip to Detroit.

Here is my final suggestion; and I mean final!
We will ask Jim to put as much information on the website responding to our questions as humanly and legally possible. Add a paragraph with a brief and succinct explanation as to why other questions can not be answered. Schedule a telephone stockholders meeting for mid to early summer to fill in the blanks, including information on new business which may not be addressed at this time.

If this is not sufficient, then I’m done being the messenger. But my advise to Jim will be to respond to no emails directly, and to create a new email address, with auto responder to investors. Also, a one paragraph blurb on the website monthly.

Once I thought I was wrong; but I was mistaken.
