My two cents on the current situation

Ceautamed acquired the debt from Neutracea for close to 4 million USD. Neutracea in its filing in Nov 2011 has mentioned the below regarding the payment done by ceautamed

Included in cash flows from investing activities for the first nine months of 2011 is $0.9 million of cash received on the Ceautamed note receivable

Neutracea have been receiving regular payments in the past from ceautamed. Please look at past NTRZ filings for details. The payment by ceautmed is almost made and VTLV assests are really owned by ceautamed now. VTLV coming alive is no coincidence, even though you may tag it as MOMO group play. Next few trading sessions should give us some clues. Good Luck..
