lol, do you not realize how many subsidiaries & subsequent number of filings would be involved with verifying a VIE entity (entities) of this size?

I have no position here but am certainly watching. Price behavior certainly isn't bullish but there's always that chance...

It would be awfully bold to make the customer claims this company has if a complete fraud. Also, this company once "went dark" and later became compliant. This is not typical Chinese RTO behavior.

The drawback with all China names...even if the company & products are real, management's intentions must be aligned with the US shareholder or you're screwed.
