LOL BNVI down 40% AH

Why?

Other stocks who voluntarily delisted Nasdaq (ATR*) have lost over 99% of their value in the next 8 weeks. (Look at ATR* chart for guidance.)

Since BNVI has announced their intent to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq, investors are expecting BNVI will drop 99% in value over the next two months. Just like ATR*. The real bounce in BNVI will come in April 2012 when dilution has raised the OS to 200+ mil and the stock price is triple 000.

Current SS (from 11/7 10Q) ~ BNVI management has lots of room to dilute

AS: 340 mil shs
OS: 54 mil shs
