I agree that you have a legitimate question.

It seems to me that a reasonable avenue from here is to go to OTC Live and ask them to get the information on the school if they don't have it now. IMO it is part of their job.

If they don't come up with an answer in a reasonable time then going direct to Mr. Matin for the information would seem appropriate to me.

I know from talking with various people at Veltex that this is a very busy time for them so answering a question like this may not be at the top of the priority list, especially if any research is needed ... but it deserves an answer at some point IMO.
(Your question caused me to wonder about how I would go about showing evidence of my own education. My diploma was lost years ago along with my class ring in a fire. It would take a little research for me to find the address, phone number, etc of the school. Not a big deal but something that would have to be fit in with the other things going on.)
