Dilution for the last year has been and continues to be massive. If they don't have the money, then where did the money go?

The only reason I can think of for not going to the EPA lab is that it doesn't work as advertised.

This is a pink sheet company with people that thru other pink sheet companies have done nothing more than sell stock...
