Who knows but these guys have been BUSY. I find it hard to believe the company would circulate PhoneGuard flyers with Bieber on them at CES only to make brand changes let alone the name. Very counterproductive IMO and we all know this merger has been in the works longer than a week.

A lot of money has been spent bringing market awareness around Bieber and PhoneGuard. I don't see either of these changing on the front end other further improvements to the app itself.

Zimmerman said they have submitted their 2012 plan to management and are awaiting approval. Illume does not have the marketing and PR horse power that PhoneGuard brings. The more I DD this the clearer it becomes why these companies are looking to merge.
