maybe someone that has fidelity can help me with this. just for the fun of it i put a sell order in on rcch for a penney(using 999999 shares this is what came up

so i did the same order with another penney stock i have same quantity and same price. went through absolutely no problem.anyone know the reason for this, both limit orders, both good till cancelled
