IPAS..$1.51....cup and handle breakout...cup ..Aug-Nov..handle..Dec..Jan....resistance lid..$1.55...bottom of cup $1.15....resistance line $1.55...40 cents differential..added to resistance lid..$1.55..target $1.95...Breakout over $1.55 was stopped by the upper keltner on the first attempt...stabilized and now the second attempt...
