Including their recent move. In fact, all those bullet points in the last Email are worthy of some sort of a PR, if they are true.

I just don't get this guy. He has gone on record saying Shareholder value is a priority to him, but he has done ZERO, notta, zilch, nothing in the past year or more to show it.

Other companies will PR a lot less going on and it can make a difference. It can draw attention and get investors at least prepped to throw money at it or better yet buying now. It can cause a few up ticks so when the big news is finalized and released, the PPS will have a running start instead of trying to move off the bottom.
