Almost, I think if they are the only software to have solved the battery drain issue, which in my opinion was/is the softwares biggest flaw, it becomes a much bigger solution. The negative reviews are almost all based on battery. The new company tweaks the software with their I.P. and they already have a support team in place.

It makes sense why phoneguard has not had a customer support team, Facebook presence or even been concerned about sales.
