This is my HOPE on this acquisition/merger/reverse merger:

1. We keep all of our shares.

2. We keep all of Illume advisers, connections, etc. etc.

3. We use there software and NOT ours.

4. Scott Frohman gets the big boot out the door. He hasn't done
dic for us but only draining our resources with his doing
nothing paycheck.

5. Carjockey2 becomes our Entertainment Director.
