Nether's shares(he scammmed them from IBC by helping the Feds prosecute the former CEO) influence the BOD.. Nether has influenced this Shell from IBC throu CPRK and now in CPRKQ...like i said he has scammed many a shareholder... To keep his influence and those shares he still snithcs to the SEC tit for tat(like what he did during IBC) ! Wish the feds would wake up!NOW HES WORKING BEHIND THE SCENES TRYING TO TAKE THIS SHELL OVER AGAIN..he's the one pushing for a R/S( yes taking your shares and putting them into the hands of the BOD)..sheesh hasn't he done enuff damage yet!?
