Morning Guys,
Now that the regulars are back, can I get your opinion on on that 8k?

I like xyz - love the technology, but am skeptical about the dilution.

My take was we just issued another 12.6 mil in shares for $$$.
I didn't read where there were any buy backs like the peeps said yesterday?

Last part of that 8k :

"Pursuant to a Certificate of Amendment (the “Amendment”) to our Certificate of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State of the State of New York on January 23, 2012, we effected a change in the par value of our common stock from $0.10 to $0.001, and we increased the number of authorized shares of our common stock from 150,000,000 to 250,000,000."

What does it mean to change the par value of common stock from .10 to .001?

Guys I apologize if these are elementary ?s, but it is what is...
