I do not know how long the application process take but approval for this would likely take years. They still have to do clinical studies. The FDA website is user friendly for questions like these. There can be a lot of hang ups to getting approval. I would say a good practice would be to go to their site and look for their approval schedule. Look at an approaching date for some ticker then find its board on IHUB. Read some posts and learn how it goes. This is years out for approval of any type and marijuana is illegal. No matter what anyone says, if the current liberal admin is prosecuting marijuana it does not bode well that a conservative admin will either in case of a party change.
