Chichi, Here is what I went thru with this stock (thans to many posters herein for their help)

1- I bought 4000 share in 1999 and wrote them off in my mind whe they looked like total lost. No problem that part of the game.

2- Seeing them ressucitate in September 2002, I started some DD and very much liked what I found (In particular a recommendation by (unpaid) StockProwler and the presence of a person having a great public profile and reputation (V.Duff). I communicated with her multiple time.

3- I beleived enough thereafter to buy 26,000 more shares understanding very well it was a high risk speculative placement, may be even a pure gamble.

4- Then shrotker started to post his findings (or lack of) and I became a little more suspicious. After awhile, his multiple failures to find normally available legal traces of the company, I pulled out by selling 20,000 shares (covered my cost, commissions included).

5- Now your comments (re: Matin`s MBA) do add to my beleif that this may be MOST LIKELY NOT a total scam but even more likely a story that may endup be quite different from what the company says it is, when it becomes a fully reporting company. I suspect that we will then read great explanations (excuses) for the difference and then will be able to better decide what to do about it.

Till the I plan to let the money managers have the stock price fluctuate up and down few pennies and monitor these boards to see what people find or not.

I have many real stocks to follow (almost full time job these days) and enjoy the game very much. Veltex, for me, is still just a small gamble I may loose or see going right up or, more likely, let go for a longer term.

I beleive that Veltex exists (granted, hard to find), that Matin still is quite incompetent presenting it, that he doesn`t listen to his partners and that it will endup being close to a promissing startup type of affair we will have plenty of time to get involved with if it worth doing it.

Let's wait and see and thanks for reporting your activities to us all...understanding obviously that we all are anonymous and reading message boards offering BS and valid "opinions". Each of us is responsible to read it the way he wants.

Roger

Patiently,

Roger
