You cannot enter a market order for OTC and lower stocks. Brokers require limit orders on these micro caps. And if there was an error, brokers can attempt to bust those. It will be interesting next week.
I suppose they could have entered a limit order of .20 instead of .02, but that is quite an error. Plus the bid ended up at .10
