I told you that the defaults were the conservative ones based on what was known. If you go dorking around and don't know what you are doing or guessing about, then you are creating your own problem.
Lack of Due Diligence and using a calculator with random numbers pulled out of the, ahem... air... isn't going to help you.

But you were directed to the tool to answer your original question on how the conversion of share counts work. The tool does that just fine, and gives detailed explanations on how the math works.
