I have no reason to doubt IR's emphatic statements that all of Mr. Spinelli's stock is restricted and cannot be sold. Someone is selling stock, either shorting it or otherwise, and I suspect that it may be shares from the prior shell owners from the reverse merger.

But it is truly disingenuous to be repreatedly claiming that the COE of a publicly traded company is dumping all of his shares unless you have some evidence to back it up.
