There are flags that should warn investors to be careful. The executives' backgrounds, lack of info releases, no evaluations of acquisitions especially of company owned by officer and director, a press release that had to be pulled and SEC filings.
If info that has been released is accurate about business then it could eventually be a winner. Just be careful. Caveat Emptor
