Here is an email I submitted to them today, lets see if they respond:

To whom it may concern,

On Aug. 7th, 2011 ACLH's investor news release stated that, "We intend to continue to keep our shareholders and the public advised of current activities of the Company through postings on our web site and through periodic press releases."

As of today, 1/27/2012, almost a year, there has been no updates to investors via your website or periodic press releases as suggested would be the case above in your previous statement. What gives? As an investor, I would like to know what is going on with the company and why your stock is still on the greys after almost two years. I deserve an explanation. Please respond to my email.
