Why are you so worried about a qualified VP at this stage? It's a freaking start-up company. Just began profitability last summer. There is absolutely no need whatsoever to hire someone else as VP until we continue to grow and make more money. Scott said he will make SEEK a cash cow or take over company.

Also, guys like Steve Jobs are rare. I guarantee you the guy that took over for him does NOT have the same drive and intellect as Jobs did. Its a moot point you are making.
